Have you fallen into a fitness rut or are you seeking a dedicated personal coach to support you along the way? Whatever your needs may be, we can provide you access to our qualified personal training team. Our certified personal trainers can not only help you improve your fitness and health, but they can also boost your confidence. The Town Club offers:

Check-in or Directional Coaching

A trainer checks in with how you're feeling before prescribing the right workout for that day. You train with independence while a trainer remains available to adjust your plan.

Standard Personal Training

Dedicated sessions built entirely around your goals, schedule, and body–a trainer is with you every rep. Can be combined with pool sessions for a complete land + water program.

Pool/Water Training

Guided aquatic sessions that help reduce joint stress while building strength, balance, and mobility. Pair with land training or use as a standalone program.

Kinesiology Specialist

Analyze how your body moves, identifiy imbalances, and build a precision program that incorporates soft-tissue release, adjustments, and corrective movement work.

Group Training


Strength Fundamentals

Coach-led small group strength training focused on form, progression, and confidence. Tuesday/Thursday 8:15 AM or 4:30 PM at Hillside.

HYROX Training

Performance-based conditioning designed to improve endurance, strength, grit, and race readiness. Beginners to advanced athletes welcome.
